. An extreme invasion of privacy as they walk through your house, open up every cabinet and inspect all of your stuff. I would recommend as they are very accommodating, but they have to get rid of the inspections. It’s an invasion of privacy. If you’re that concerned about your property getting damaged, then put better people in your rentals and do better background checks.

Company took over my complex and basically told everyone to leave. The few they let stay they doubled the rent. No communication with me at all other than letters stating I had to get out after 7 years of living there. While moving they also decided to paint my door and the steps etc making it harder for me to move without getting paint on everything I own. Would not recommend.

The realtor that showed the place seemed competent, albeit completely disinterested (disgruntled, really) that she had to take time out of her day to speak with us. That said, nothing else about our interaction with this company was professional. The assistant tasked with communicating with prospective tenants cannot even form a proper English sentence!! Seriously?? I sincerely wish I would have read these terrible reviews before deciding to hand over my money to these people. Stay away.

This company really was terrible. They left me without a tenant for 6 months costing me thousands of dollars. Said they couldn't rent because of the carpeting.. all kinds of stories. Agents are supposed to rent and sell, not only be able to do it if the house is marble and under priced. Shame on their laziness and lack of being able to do the job. Someone rented. when I told Showcase I was pulling them. My tenants moved out a year later stating this in their text.. "Honestly Marshall...we were told that you (“the owner”) agreed to rent the house for 1 year as you were going to move back and have the house upgraded which is why we moved. Literally wish I could give zero stars. By far, the most incompetent individuals to ever work together. When I call their various locations for an issue, no one answers. I call multiple times, and yet, no one picks up the phone during office hours. When we send emails regarding our broken garage door, landscaping issues, and/or toilet problems, it takes days for us to get a response. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. You will be in for 12 months (at least) of a headache. Our lease began Aug 1 and we are counting down the days until it ends.
