Shorewood

I am biased on this property because I know the Community Manager, Suzanne, from another property in Seattle as she helped me get approved at both locations. The buildings are on the older side but thrive has taken over property management here and are doing the most. Any time I need assistance I'm relieved and optimistic reaching out to get it sorted. Suzanne wasn't CM at the last property we met at but rest assured she'll have built a quality team to work with. Shorewood has an H line bus stop right out front and is nicely nestled between lovely schools, grocery stores, and restaurants, all within walking distance. The closest school is a bilingual program elementary. There's also a King county library right around the corner. For the nerds, I have a 2 gig Xfinity Wi-Fi plan at this addr

Needed assistance on hot water issue in kitchen. I had previously submitted request through app but there had been a misunderstanding and repair wasn’t made. Abdul came by today, same day I called. He quickly diagnosed the problem, got the part, and problem solved. Abdul couldn’t have been more helpful or any nicer. Great job.

It needs more improvements. Though landlord is easy to contact & talk too but request tooks forever to get it done until you’ll get tired of waiting. It’s a never ending reasons & excuses. Tenants with dogs are gross, they never pick up their dogs poop. Ground cleaners did some cleaning but still not enough,dogs poop is still around. Unit itself is still nice with normal wear & tear. The next apartment is way much better when it comes to amenities, interior, security, more clean inside & outside,clean play ground & newer building. (I just hope it’s not paper thin ceiling& wall also) Big cons: Paper thin ceiling & walls. (Noisy) Dirty whole way & stairs. Dirty carpet. Dogs poop outside.

They are rubbish apartments, everything fails and they take a long time to send maintenance, it is infested with thieves. And those who steal live right there, they have robbed me 3 times in a month, and they tell you that it is not their problem. very bad apartment I do not recommend them at all it would be a good option for them to steal anything else
