Shorewood Cove Senior Living

I have lived in building 295 for about 5 years and have enjoyed living here with the exception of some housekeeping issues that has recently been taken care of. I do not go to the main building (293) often, so I can not speak about the conditions there. I know nearly everyone in this building and socialize with a group of them that are very please about living here. We would love to have basic cable services in this building because TV reception back here is very poor, especially on the first floor, if you can not afford cable.

A very nice and peaceful community for seniors to relax and enjoy their glory days ahead. Staff schedule a lot of activities for them to stay active, they really take care of their people.

I have been living here since 2012 and it was a decent well kept property to begin with. Over time, it has been poorly kept up. The housekeeping is poorly done. The hallways are not consistently kept presentable. The computer room has been inconsistent with maintaining the equipment so it is not dependable.The landscaping is not kept presentable. I have also noticed the staff helping themselves to the bread provided on Saturdays. The condition of the apartments are unkept, as maintenance has to make repairs that should have been completed prior to a resident moving in. If you have another option for a living arrangement besides this place, you should consider that. I am on my way out. I do not believe this property management has seniors' best interest at heart.

I currently live here. Been 5 months now and I still love it. My neighbors are friendly, the staff is easily accessible and very accommodating with service requests. My apartment is great. I am very happy to be there.

I have tried to get into this property because it seems as though it is very friendly and clean and the resident that I ran in the other week him and I got along very well We had so much fun
