As far As public housing goes, you can't get any better than this. It took 8 yrs to get in but it was definitely worth it. I mean great location, low rent, maintenance staff, secured building, laundry, residential community services and perks. #conan #Blessed

Daniel the Property Manager is amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable, and cares about his tenants and his company.

This place was great at 1st but latey I noticed along with other tenants that property manager starts getting retaliate with some people. That he picks n choices his favorites. Not fair housing. He does like changing towards people after a while. He was very friendly and caring at 1st but ever since I've complained about parking that's when I noticed he changed. He knows I'm very friendly too all tenant here. I enjoy helping.. I recently had a slip n fall in 1st floor lobby due to them not putting wet floor sign and now another tenant attacked me. And asked me... did property manager asked if I'm OK or we're sorry this happened to me. He'll no. But like I said at 1st he was on it when I would go in n out of hospital he showed his caring side, now he doesn't. I love living here but sometime
