Shorecrest Towers Apartments

I've lived here (Trump Village II) for the past year and wanted to drop a line about my experience here. I must say this is a most amazing facility. From the start, our leasing agent Diana was a pleasure to work with and was there to respond to any inquiries I had hroughout my residence here, or to refer me to the appropriate person who could assist me. Overall, the maintenance crew keeps the building very clean and are also friendly and helpful. Tommy, in particular, helped us immensely upon our move in, though I haven't seen him around in a while. Although the outside of the building does not look like anything too impressive, the inside feels quite upscale. 99% of the time the entrance smells AMAZING, like a hotel. Don't expect any help from the security guard in this building I wanted to clear the snow off my car, but the door opposite the laundry room was locked I asked the security guard if he could contact someone to give me a shovel to clear the snow "I don't know" "I can't call anyone" Why do you hire employees who can't even pretend to try to help?

I moved into this building over 2 years ago and love the amenities available. The lobby is very well kept and always smells amazing. The laundry room is awesome to have in the same building.They even have an app that allows you to see the status of your wash live. The location is very convenient with two supermarkets only a block away with a train station close by too. The staff is friendly and requesting maintenance for your apartment is easy/convenient if you use the app. The management company does a great job at keeping the building clean and up to date. I would recommend any family or friends to come live in this building.

I have lived here for about 3 years, it’s a decent place to stay at but as every place there are some defaults, I wish they hired better mannered staff, 90% of them are rude and unapproachable, esp the doorman’s and the management. They aren’t as accommodating when you are moving out. There is an issue with cockroaches, the core problem was never fixed it was all plastered superficially but never fixed the real problem.
