I am sure me & my family will enjoy living here ! Princess have been nothing but a big help throughout the whole process. Such a sweet individual. I must say if you ever felt she was short with you maybe she was off the clock or simply swarmed with work. I don’t know how many people work in the office but I only see her every time. She’s far from rude and I would suggest stopping by the office earlier in the day so she can better assist you :)

Maintenance is a joke, the older guyanese man does not take his job seriously. They need to hire someone else to maintain the property. Its dirty, molded and falling a part because it is poorly maintained. When you call them to fix something they take weeks, just to use old parts and have to call them back again. I had to move because of the horrible living conditions.

I remember applying to this place and was so happy to move in sent all my documents felt pretty confident, but these ppl never got back to me and I couldn’t wait on them for a answer . I could say I’m very much happy that they didn’t get my money and I was able to get into a beautiful townhouse home which has everything into… it was hassle free and got my apartment. That’s when you actually work with someone who is actually about their money and business as well. My Landlord is amazing and communication was on point. ShoreView should take some notes and do better with their management & communication with others . My annual salary was probably to high for them anyways .. either way I could say I’m happy I went somewhere else, especially based off of everyone views on here

After reading these reviews about shoreview I had to come on here and make my comment. I’ve lived here for a few years now and didn’t experience anything short of my expectations. I obtained my apartment after taking necessary procedures to get it. I’m appalled by the NEGATIVE review I read about the assistant manager Princess. She has been amazing and understanding to my concerns as well as making sure all my needs were taking care of when needed. She’s very Caring, understanding, Helpful and will go out of her way to get answers you need if she’s not sure. She’s no where near the the negative review she received. Shoreview is a very nice place to live. Like with anything you can’t please everyone I live here and I love my residence.

Some of y'all need to chill on the comments about princess she's nothing like what's being said on here I moved in shoreview in February with princess help gave me and my daughter a new place for a fresh start without her help I would have been homeless she tries to meet everyone needs as much as she can it's not her fault it's managements they don't provide her with the necessary help to get things done so if anyone should get the blame it should be them not princess I tell you this princess is the nicest office manager around y'all better appreciate her and all she brings to Shoreview apartments
