Alex and Julia really know how to take care of their tenants! They are very communicative, flexible and appreciative. Over the course of a year, I have had nothing but respectful, understanding and professional interactions with them. I highly recommend renting from Shore Point!

I was told that I qualified for a townhome! I live three hours away and did everything in my power to communicate and meet Alex and Julia’s requests at Shore Point Real Estate. She had to go through him for approval on all decisions made. He called to tell me that there was 100’s of applicants and became angry when I requested to break down the $4,800 deposit in addition to Prorated rent which I was required I move in right away, “its one in a half x rent! For cleaning and repairs!” He then questioned the legitimacy of my state license as I own a business which can be confirmed online but Julia felt I was the best candidate he said. Alex and Julia did an amazing job with helping me with buy my first place! It went smoothly, they were supportive and responsive throughout the entire process. They were able to schedule for me to see a couple of places I liked from Zillow pretty quickly and to fit in with my schedule. Alex also set up another notification system to look at any real estate that comes on the market that only realtors have access to and he told me "to call anytime if something comes up that I'm interested in because the real estate goes fast". Once I decided to place an offer he filled out the paperwork and guided me through any areas where I had a question, and held my hand through the rest of the process. The lack of professionalism and care shown from Alex was shocking. We had applied to a townhouse that Alex was listing the day it came on the market, more than exceeded all requirements for rent, over communicated with him about our interest in the property, and even went so far as to offer to pay a higher monthly rent, and still Alex never once reached out. His assistant just told us “he went through with another application” without any explanation as to why our application was never taken seriously. The property was beautiful and we were willing to go to great lengths to make it out next home, but Alex didn’t even go so far as to call us, review our application, or tell us why we weren’t selected.

Had an absolutely seamless experience with Alex and his team. As first time home buyers, we didn't know exactly what we were doing, but Alex jumped right in and coordinated everything we needed to get us into the house we wanted. Beyond thankful for making it all happen in such an insanely competitive market. His experience is truly invaluable, and he is definitely the one you want in your corner.
