Shore Park at Riverlake

Ryan and Fernando took care of my work order right away and were very friendly and easy to talk to. They explained what was going on with my washer, fixed the issue, and now it’s working perfectly. I appreciated the tips they shared on how to be proactive and prevent future problems. Thank you to the maintenance team for being awesome!

Shore Park at Riverlake has been one of the best apartment complexes we’ve lived in. The community is always clean and quiet, and the maintenance staff is amazing. They’re quick, helpful, and always take care of our requests right away. We’ve had a great experience living here!

I visited my friend and loved it here. They have a really nice trail that leads to the park and a middle green area that hosts a yummy lumpia food truck every other month or so. I honestly can’t wait for my lease to be up so I can move here! Super convenient location.

Review of Shore Park Apartments (a “Luxury” Experience 🙃) If you’re considering moving into Shore Park Apartments, do yourself a favor and think twice. On the surface, the complex presents itself as modern and professional, but once you’ve signed the lease, the cracks (literally and figuratively) begin to show. Move-In Disaster On the very day we were scheduled to move into what we were promised was a luxury unit—with a set deposit already agreed upon—we were suddenly told, “Oh, actually, it’s not luxury, it’s just ‘upgraded.’” Excuse me? That’s not what we signed for. I refused, so they “fixed” it—by demanding we pay hundreds more dollars with one day’s notice. Not only was this a bait-and-switch, it also left us scrambling with one less day to move all of our belongings. Real classy.

Hi so I was moving in the last two days. I was told that the apartment would be ready for move in on Friday Nov 11,2025 and it wasn't. Carpets were wet while coming into the apartment and the house was very dirty and not cleaned what so ever. Doors , cabinets , tubs , sink , etc were not cleaned also a lot of chipped parts in the house. Later that day Friday matience fixed stuff that was messed up but not fully as we had asked. If you think about moving here don't. Before any of this I was not able to see the apartment before hand due to them not "being ready" or willing to show the apartment. I previously have lived here about 6 years ago and never have experienced something like this before here. Singing a lease before seeing the apartment is crazy. Save ur time and find somewhere else
