Shore House Apartments

I am so incredibly grateful for everything Shaina Bell did to help us get into our apartment. During a really stressful time for our family, she was patient, understanding, and truly went above and beyond to make the process smooth for us. You treated us with kindness and respect, answered all of our questions, and kept communication open the entire time. Because of Shaina Bell, we have a safe place to call home, and that means more than we can express. Thank you for caring and for working so hard on our behalf. We will always appreciate it!

I been renting here for about a year. There management is terrible. When I first moved in there was roaches with garbage bags all along my fire escape door. It took me 3 work order and 3 times for me to go up there before they even did anything. When I put in a work order that need to be fixed they just dismissed it and not even come down to fixed the problem. I was told the people that fixed thing only speak Spanish which explains why they just dismissed because they CANT understand it. My building was falling apart a they fr went around the broken pieces to get to my apartment and haven’t even fixed it. You can’t even call the office because they never answer the phone, it doesn’t matter how much u call the office back to back they still won’t answer the phone because trust me I’ve don’t

I did an application a few days ago for this apartment complex and I have called these people more than 17 times back to back left a messages and no one has gotten back to me about the status of my application. They don’t pick up the phone. They don’t answer their voicemail. Voicemail is full and I think I just wasted $100 for my application in this place..

If you're wondering just how bad there studio apartments are because there are no pictures online or the lazy office staff will not send. I started communicating with the leasing agent around Aug. Got approved for a studio and set my move in for sep 22. Drove all the way from Indiana 15 hrs away. The apartment had warped drawers in every part of the home and the smell of mold was so strong my nose was burning. Also when you arrive on the boathouse side there's a massive sinkhole with caution tape thats about 20 ft wide. Who ever took the picture of the property really needs a raise because the pictures are NOTHING like the property (more accurate shown below). The Ac units are leaking water into the subfloor and wall had black mold from the inside out. The laundry facility was in shambles

Twice the management sent someone to fix my water heater and still no hot water at all. This is ridiculous I need a new water heater but they keep sending people that don’t know what the hell there doing. The switch came on for two seconds and went back off an the guy gonna tell me finished. Finish what nothing .
