Shoe Factory Lofts

My Wife and I have tried for about a week to reach someone, as we are potential renters. We called and emailed for over a week, with No reply. I Finally Reached out to ACC Management themselves and I Did get someone on the phone, who notified me they would send a message to building management and someone would contact me within 24 hours... That 24 hours, cam and went. The place Looks like wonderful rental, and the rate are just what were looking for... But we simply cat reach anyone.... :(

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! I have been trying to get in contact with someone for over 2 weeks! I have came to the leasing office 3 times! No one is ever there during opening hours. And the dial pad doesn’t ever work. I am really disappointed.

This place, judging from the photos, is beautiful and has just the amenities/location that i am looking for . i am a potential renter and I have reached out to ACC management and shoe factory lofts on multiple occasions via email & phone and i always get sent to voicemail, with no call backs. i am really interested in a tour but since no one answers their line ever i dont know how much i would trust management to be prompt with any possible issues.

I have been calling for days now and haven’t gotten any response from anyone. I think these apartments look great but nobody will answer me.

No one ever answer the phone been trying to call to see if there was any availability it's just ridiculous they have to do better all the other properties answer the phone except for this one it's just terrible it goes right to voicemail I've even emailed left voicemail still no response every time I call I think I'm going to talk to someone the building says it's open but no one ever answers just terrible I don't know who's in charge of answering calls but do better!!!
