She’s not really ‘new’ anymore (it’s been a year), but to add context to the other reviews, Becca is absolutely wonderful and is doing her best to make positive improvements. I’ve lived in a whole range of apartments over the last decade and she’s truly one of the best property managers I’ve had. Trust me when I say I’ve seen the likes of them all… She ACTUALLY cares about what’s going on at the property. We also have a relatively new maintenance team that has been great so far too. I think the owners have made changes, it just takes time for these things to get going. As far as the apartments themselves go, they definitely have their quirks. This apt complex has become trash. Every day there is chaos and it is absolutely insane. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE PEACE AND WANT SOMEWHERE SAFE TO LIVE!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE NOVEMBER 2025: I’m so glad my lease is up this month!! In the last 6 months since I first posted this review, there were multiple shootings on Mosby Street right outside of the leasing office, maintenance keeps closing my work requests without actually fixing the issue (even if I place another one, it will just be closed the next day), cars in the gated parking lot without a decal constantly taking the space I pay for that I’m assigned to (where’s the tow company???), the list goes on. Absolutely horrible. Why do they have MICE, yes MICE in the apartments and not doing anything about it? I wish I can give them no stars because why would I give them a luxury of a star. It’s sickening honestly because it’s not like people have dirty apartments and the mice is appearing. The fact it’s MULTIPLE apartments with MULTIPLE mice is INSANE. They not even doing anything about it and everybody’s been complaining to them. I pray you think twice before even looking at these apartments.

HAS MICE DONT MOVE HERE This apartment complex has a mice infestation that management is very slow to address. I have reached out to them multiple times about this issue, but they have not been prompt in their response. I have now seen not one, but TWO mice in my apartment. I clean up after myself and keep my apartment tidy, so I have no idea where they are coming from. I contacted the leasing manager, who said pest control would be sent out, but weeks have passed and nothing has happened. I then submitted a work order, and the maintenance man set out sticky traps. Less than an hour later, I heard a mouse caught in the trap. The maintenance man even texted me on my personal phone (which I never gave him—very unprofessional) asking if I heard anything. I love living here. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful, it’s pretty quiet and calm and my apartment is beautiful. My microwave malfunctioned and within a week they’d installed a new one for me. Walton helped me with a very large package last week and the whole team has made it easy to move and get comfortable.
