We’ve been living here since for several months now and I just wanted to outline some major points: - office staff is generally very helpful (Janelle is 50/50; very friendly and welcoming while touring, but not as approachable or helpful now being a member of the community). - additional fees, charges, and utilities have weirdly gone up each month; since move-in, our total monthly charges are $300 more now than the first couple of months. Something to consider when thinking of this place. The base-rent is great, but the additional charges negate things. - because the property owners/management have never (seemingly) attempted to implement proper boiler upgrades, the building still performs seasonal switches between AC/heat. Met Victor, the property manager, and he was extremely professional and informative without the typical sales pitch. He explained how the building operates and answered everything clearly. Even from a management perspective, his presence and approach stood out and left a great impression of the property.
