Shipyard at Wilmington

Very unprofessional and petty as it gets and there priorities are not im order. I climbed up on one of the retainage walls one day that will hold and support waaayyy more then my weight just to put something over the railing of my balcony so I didnt have to walk all the way around at that moment because I was in a hurry to leave. Well the next thing I know is someone is laying on there horn yelling dont be climbing up on the wall they just built it. Mind you I was only on the wall for a split second until I was standing on the ground thats the unprofessional and petty part. The priority part is instead of dealing with the people who let there dogs take a dump everywhere and dont bother cleaning it up and instead of worrying about cleaning up all the trash in the edge of the woods behind th

I'm getting charged for a service I don't use... getting charged a 100 dollars for Internet service that I'm not using because I have my own ..and still getting charged for it.... Other than that a great place to live.... The woman in the office today 02/10/26 told me there is no negotiation on it and don't try to say something about it... because I would be wasting my time...so please tell is that professional...I will wait for a response

I recently had the pleasure of becoming a tenant at Shipyard at Wilmington. The property is beautifully maintained, offers lots of amenities and super welcome. A special shoutout to Britney, the leasing agent-she is absolutely wonderful! Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free.

This is such a great. Little shop with so many different styles to choose from there is definitely something for everyone to find that I have to have this piece for their wardrobe! I will define going back there are one of a kind clothing and jewelry here and I love that in a shop . The lady’s were fabulous they knew about thd stock in the shop which is huge for having a great experience. These lady’s were fun but they are customer service focused to make sure everyone that stopped in felt like they were in good hands . I definitely will be back to shop there I love the little boutique place to buy my clothes I am a huge fan of supporting out local businesses and shops!
