Shippan Landing

May seem like a small paradise but looks can be deceiving. I’d give this place 5 stars for the views but they poison the wildlife, including bunnies and birds, and enable bad characters on the property. Worst of all, why would you chuck a baby squirrel in the surrounding waters?

Nice setting for commercial buildings. Interesting that the landlord lets the beer garden blast "music" and ruin the experience of boaters paying thousands of dollars for the season. One reviews of the beer garden said that it was a drug bust waiting to happen and to be careful there. Curious tenant.

Lost a personal item with a lot of sentimental value after working an event in the lobby area of building, when I noticed two days later they said it was probably thrown out, how delightful.

Beautiful water views, extensive windows to view them. Lovely public spaces.

Very cool place! I even understand there's a dive boat that runs charters out of there!
