Shine Florida Management has been wonderful to work with and responds quickly to my requests. They always check to see that my rental home is in great condition and take care of my home as if it were their own. They are top notch and I would recommend working with them before any of the other vacation sites. Great work!

I have been with Shine Florida since they started, having been with a number of other rental companies prior to that, and cannot think of better company to manage your house and rentals while you are not around. My rental income has increased during their stewardship and they have ensured that my house is maintained to a high standard. Lisa is a very diligent and approachable and has helped oversee a number of large repairs that were a result of hurricane damage while I was in the UK.

Shine Florida Management handles two of my vacation rental homes in Davenport & Kissimmee. Lisa is an experienced and responsible manager who is easy to work with. This is a difficult business and she has been a positive and thoughtful.
