If I could give a negative 1 I would. This company who manages the community I live in does nothing for the homeowners. Where I reside there is a resident who continually feels they are entitled. There is an area for overflow parking throughout the community to allow for additional parking. This resident in particular continually takes up 4 of the 8 additional parking spots. Many times there is nowhere for other residents to park because of this. Shew Management has been notified numerous times but nothing is done about this one particular resident who feels they are entitled to take up the few extra parking spaces. The resident is arrogant and defiant but Shew allows this to continue!! 107 Larose Drive is a continual offender and nothing is being done by the management company or the home

Terrible company that our HOA works with. They make up random penalty fees to threaten you with. When you call they're magically never there.

Do not use this management company for your properties! There is ZERO communication or care for their properties or residents. They are simply collecting checks. They do not reply, accept calls, or care if there are issues. It’s really sad the lack of professionalism that this company has. Avoid at all costs!

WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER! As a realtor I’ve experienced a lot of difficult management companies. I owned a unit managed by the shew management company and it was by far the worst experience above anything else. The representatives answering the phone had a terrible attitude and like others mentioned, don’t do anything. If you called them to discuss an issue they wouldn’t have a conversation about it unless you opened a ticket first. If you already had a ticket and nothing had been done yet they would tell you to create another ticket. At one point I had multiple tickets open for the same issue, for *3 years* and NOTHING had been fixed!! Same as pretty much all the reviews here, I'm extremely disappointed with this management company. Unfortunately, we are obligated to pay HOA fees that contribute to a bunch of people who do nothing. I have empathy towards the employees of the company because they did a good job answering the phone and no more power after that. However, the decision makers probably don't even sit in the office and help with residents' problems that threaten their living. Many of the condos/townhouses that this management office in charge are lived by busy families with kids or the elderly. They ignore people's issues and do nothing over the years since I started living in one of the properties. I hope all the residents and stick together to fight against this management.
