Charged us to clean carpet after my brother in law died, the carpet was over 10 years old and in such bad condition. Had rolls in it from coming apart, yet you get charged cleaning fee when they only had options to replace it. Exterior door casing rotted, bathroom was in poor shape as well as kitchen cabinetry was fair condition, lease increased price yearly.
They seem very nice , my daughter just moved in Friday. Living space is a little small but the neighborhood seems piece full so far.
It is quite and and the neighbors i have are great. They maintain the grounds nicely.
Difficult to move large furniture through front door.. Other than that very nice units
Nice place ,have their own laundry room ..
