Sherwood on the Park

It is unsanitary to live at Sherwood on the Park. Who would think of closing the dumpster on a holiday weekend when there will be no trash collection service? And now they send an email saying “please hold on to your trash” since there will be no trash collection because garbage piled up outside the dumpster. Of course, we cannot keep four days’ worth of trash stored in the apartment, so residents are left to deal with it ourselves. Genesis and Rob are truly the rudest people I have ever met. They never have a good attitude when answering a call, let alone solving a problem. Save yourself the trouble and NEVER live at Sherwood on the Park.

I intentionally waited until I was fully moved out to write this review because I genuinely feared retaliation while living there. That is the kind of environment this property creates. Sherwood on the Park was, without question, the most stressful and unpleasant place I have ever lived. The property is in a constant state of disorder. There are loud parties almost nightly. The smell of marijuana regularly fills the halls and common areas. Alcohol cans and bottles are frequently left scattered around the property. Pet waste is everywhere, and residents are not held accountable. Trash overflows and lingers. Basic cleanliness and community standards are simply not enforced. My experience here has been consistently frustrating and disappointing. I have lived on my own for 20 years, across different states and countries, and have lived in previous apartments for much longer without ever needing to contact maintenance more than five times total. In stark contrast, I have submitted over 40 maintenance requests for things that continuously break down in my three years here. This is an unacceptable level of poor quality and neglect. ​I pay an average of $2,150 per month for an apartment under 800 square feet, which they advertise as an 'upgraded unit.' This is deceptive. It is a lovely space in the heart of Coral Springs with convenient stores, drugstores, and schools. ☝🏼A safe space for our children. Very peaceful. The management is very diligent. There is garbage collection service. ☀️The community is clean, and there is also a container for your donations. On certain days of the week, there are food trucks.

Been Living here for 3 months, and I absolutely love it here! Super quiet, and clean. Pool is amazing and the gym has all the right equipment you need for a great workout. My family and friends are in love with my place, I couldn't be any happier!
