I’ve been here since November 2024 we do not ask for much. We pay our rent on time but when you need something fix they keep putting you off everything time I go or call about something need to be fix they write down and never get back to you. My patio window was busted last May or June and another resident had to call and tell me not management And still to this day the window is still busted. Air and heat goes out of both doors I’ve ask many of times for this to be fix and no one has even come to look at it. And that was since last summer. We made the mistake and renewed our lease and at the time told Cassie again about our concerns and we were told they will be token care of but yet nothing. I’ve been living here since they opened. I can honestly say these last few weeks I’ve noticed change. The new manager Ms Cassie has been very kind and helpful you can tell she know what she talking about. We had some tenants here that didn’t belong her first week she got them gone. I see her walking the property all the time and talking to tenants. All of my concerns was completed. Ms Paula is always a pleasure to talk to and she’s the sweetest person. I’m glad the company got some knowledgeable people in this office I’m happy to see what’s next cause we still needs the grass cut and these other amenities they promised.

If I could write a book on Sherwood oaks I would!!! From the start it was foolishness but I over looked it because it was a new property still getting built. I moved in Sept 27,2024, at the time of my move in it had no property manager or leasing agents so Mr.Jerry is who moved me and my boyfriend in we loved the apartment even tho it had no amenities (pool gym etc) but we understood it was a work in progress. Shortly after moving in they got a property manager and 2 leasing agents which one would be Ms Paula. Fast forward we started having problems in our unit, our sink fell in,we had a ant infestation and we would speak with Paula and she always had a attitude and would over talk u like she didn’t care about the situation. After hearing about all the problems with these apts I would not move there if you paid me to. Sounds like a trashy place and poorly run business! And a bad area 😡

They don’t cut the grass, no pest control ! It’s trash everywhere !!!! But they are quick to write an eviction notice… some of our dishwashers are broken some doorbells are so much trash but they want us to pay them rent monthly !! This is not worth $984. Thinking about breaking my lease and suing seriously for false advertising.
