I deleted my last review as it was not 100% accurate as I was speaking out of frustration. I have lived here for about 4 yrs now. I absolutely love my apartment. It's spacious. It was updated. Iam am adult in my 40s, and this place is my home. I feel safe here..for the first time in awhile.. This is my first place alone as an adult with just me and my kids. Now living in an apartment isn't always easy, especially when the property is huge. I love the section iam in. And my little building everyone minds their business. Have I had issues while living here, yes, it's expected in an apartment. The ladies in the office najiyah, alecia, Sierra ( I apologize if spelled wrong) have been amazing and helpful. I have had moments where I was frustrated and I've come to them for help and they were ver

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this apartment complex. I was scheduled to move in, and after weeks of being told repairs would be completed, I arrived for my walkthrough only to find the unit was nowhere near move-in ready. There were numerous unresolved issues, including damaged and missing baseboards, cracked and unfinished caulking in the bathroom, chipped and uneven paint throughout the unit, poorly patched walls, and visible maintenance work that was either rushed or never completed. Closet shelving and rods were in poor condition, doors were misaligned and did not close properly, and even basic items like baseboard heater covers were bent or partially missing. One room had no working light at all. On top of the unfinished repairs, the unit itself is very

My partner and I moved in to Sherwood back in September of 2025. Najiyah Hinton from the leasing office helped us so much. She let us in to take a look at our apartment, and everything looked great. For an apartment, to have your own washer and dryer, dishwasher, central air conditioning and heat, you can’t beat the price of living here. It’s really quiet living here, there’s so many stores, restaurants and things to do around here. Whenever we do have an issue, maintenance is right on it and usually fixes it right away. My partner and I will literally go out of our way to talk with Najiyah about random things. If you are looking to live here, I would speak with her directly. She is a great person and will help you tremendously.

Living at Sherwood Crossing has been incredibly stressful. For about six months, every time it rained, the same corner of my living room ceiling leaked badly. I submitted maintenance request after maintenance request, and every “fix” was just painting over the damage, even though mold had clearly formed. Nothing was actually repaired. At the end of December, after heavy rain and snow, part of the ceiling literally collapsed. I had a guest sleeping in the living room at the time, and it’s honestly terrifying to think about what could have happened if they had been in the wrong spot. Photos show the damage. They are now in the process of repairing the roof, but the problems haven’t stopped. The ceiling is now leaking in a different area, it smells bad, and the interior repairs are sloppy;

My honest opinion, first day we moved in we found a mouse we let them know, the exterminate came said as long as they patched the whole behind the stove he could put some traps down and we won’t have any more problems. I’m here to tell you that hole is still there for more than six months now I’m pretty sure they put that they patched the hole. they did not fix the hole. Great we moved in summertime it is now winter obviously, we went through two slow storms on both snowstorms. I want everyone to be assured that I had no heat in this apartment. I asked them to come fix the heat on three different occasions, all three times the guy came in said he was missing a part and put it in for them to order the part, all three times they said they fixed the heat. The apartment upstairs was leaking wa
