Sherri Arms Apartments

The place is very dirty. Most tenants just litter everywhere. You would see garbage all over and the management didn’t care. It was so frustrating. The place is a complete mess.

Very dirty apartment garbage everywhere around their garbage bin. Garbage flies everywhere into the neighborhood. Management DOES NOT CARE about it neighbors and keeping neighborhood clean. Apartment management does not have anyone cleaning after it's tenant. Many of the TENANTS litter on everywhere they park and garbage goes the to neighbors' yards. There's an elemantary school that let Sherry Arm Apartment tenants park by the playground and that WHOLE PARKING AREA IS TRASHED . SHERRY ARM APARTMENT DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. . NO MAINTENANCE AT ALL. GARBAGE ALWAYS OPEN SEAGULLS AND BIRDS GRAB GARBAGE AND SPREAD LITTER TO THE NEIGHBORS. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT IF THERE IS ANY, IF THERE IS ANY.

Worse place ever,mold everywhere n they want us to pay 250$ dollars for it after they didn't give back the deposit
