Very thorough and detail oriented Property Management company. I’ve had multiple properties with them for several years and have noticed small attention to detail in overall property management. No hold times, you speak to a real person, and issues are quickly resolved. I would highly recommend Sherman Property Management.

Don’t recommend renting off of them. They will raise your rent. Sent out mail late so then you are facing the consequences later. They will also make up stuff about you. The lady at the desk is rude, she will catch random attitudes. She also avoided answering questions. I’m going to contact HR at this point it’s ridiculous l.

It would be ZERO stars…. I should’ve listened to ppl when they said NOT TO RENT from them… Rented with them for two years! If I was behind like 100 or 300. Took me to court so quick! Not even waited 3rd week to catch up! So that more money added to catch up. They know at that time I was sick and I explained I had a back injury so there are time I couldn’t pay all of it. Didn’t want to wavie the late charge for one time. Only said you pay it on their time when they requested they won’t charge!! Come on for real you’re not paying my bills. Still did want to help with me. Didn’t care of your health or struggles. Sherman property is not like they use to be. They Evicted me first then took me to court I was only 400 behind. And have appointment with Tenfold to get help all they said THANK YOU

Sherman property management is a joke. I have only had 4 encounters with staff with the 13 months I was with them; During a tour staff lied about the condition of the property claiming areas of concern including black mold in the bathrooms would be repaired. (never was, photos attached) There was areas of the unit that were still full of the previous tenants items which were never removed. Place is old, outdated, Fridge constantly overheated and shut off. Cabinet handles where literally screws. During the lease signing staff were pushy seemed like they were just trying to get me out of their hair. I was never pushy or attempted to reach out for repairs other than the toilet not working on move in day. Which they sent a tech out while I was at work without confirming times for appearance. M
