Sherman Oaks Gardens

Now that I can compare to other places I've lived at, i can say my experience living here wasn't bad. However, when I moved out, we got charged water damage for "leaving the window open." This is upsetting bc it was not true. A few weeks prior to moving out it rained, and there was a leak through the window. The wall even had water bubbles. So we were living with a loud dehumidifier inside our room. That dehumidifier was still there by the time we moved out. When I reached out to Terri, to ask why that was being charged she never replied. Which was weird bc she was always quick to answer when we lived there. I guess you only get treated well while you live there. Needless to say, that was disappointing .

My maintenance request always get answer fast. No complaints whatsoever. Very happy with the efficiency.

Terrie's commitment sets the standard to make this apartment a safe and happy place to live.

We moved here last year. We are impressed by how our property Manager, Terri handles all tasks involving the complex’s maintenance and upkeep of this property. Very efficient and so professional. Keep up the outstanding performance you’ve been doing for us all.

DO NOT MOVE IN, we have been here since last June and if you need maintenance you will not have your request taken care of, I had sent in 3 request and talked to them in person cause doors wouldn't close or the faucets would leak, etc. The worst part is we have a neighbor across from us that screams profanity yells at all hours of the day, throws food and trash out her balcony, and will harass anybody who's walking by or lives next to her. The police have been talked too many times by other neighbors, and they say they can't do anything. So everybody's gone to management and management will not lift a finger. They say "we have someone looking into it". Knowing this woman has lived here for years, and I know this has been a continuous and ongoing problem. Do not expect any communication
