Sherman Court Apartments

I wasn’t even gonna say anything because one of the ladies at the office was very nice to me but I have just now read all of the charges I have to pay for leaving a couple of months early and this is crazy. We owe thousands of dollars. In the lease, it NEVER states you have to pay off the rest of the lease term. Just says you will have to pay fee. Not sure how long it’s going to take to pay this off. I don’t find this fair when we have had numerous problems since we moved in. Bugs, roaches, loud noise, stomping, bathroom leakage, toilet problems, bugs in kitchen, etc. We are now stuck to pay almost $7000. My husband cleaned the apartment thoroughly before we left and they are charging us for the carpets. We kept the apartment very clean and this is what we get. Then they have the nerve to

Howdy! I've been living at this apartment for a year and a half, and my current experience is a fair amount of ups and downs. Now, this is a very basic apartment thats a little more spacious then your nicer apartments in Phoenixville. The Pros? Spacious and well lit from the street side. I personally love the location just because we're not that close to bridge st. We're also across from a laundromat so whatever you can't fit in the laundry room, its a 3 minute walk across the street. You're across a Walgreens, a little walking distance from Foresta market, 2 pizza places and it's a 20 minute walk to the center of town. The Cons? This is not a fancy apartment and this IS an old building. There are cracks and roaches, you'll find dead and dying roaches randomly on your floor during the sp
