I have been living here for about a year. Super cute place until about a month and a half ago when my hot water shut off and hasn’t been fixed. I emailed my company to see if I could get a rent reduction and they told me they shouldn’t have to since I didn’t submit a maitinance request, meanwhile the property manager was emailing about the hot water issue and that they were doing what they could to fix it. Hello management wouldn’t even offer a discount when i’ve been taking cold showers for over a month. Terribly greedy and horribly managed. Don’t live here unless you want to take a cold shower in 10 degree weather.

Great apartment if you’re cool with not having hot water or heat during the winter

Llevo un año viviendo en los edificios buena ubicación pero hay un problema con las calderas debido a esto en invierno nos quemamos sin agua caliente ni calefacción. Los reparan pero dura al menos 15 días luego se vuelve a dañar. Y cambian mucho de compañía. Ya no son lo mismo q era cuando renté. No mantienen limpios el área de entrada y la lavandería. Mucha inseguridad en el garaje para dejar tu carro.
