I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding my recent leasing experience with this company. In October, I signed a lease for a commercial unit with the intention of establishing my own photography studio in a quiet, professional environment. I was drawn to the office building as it appeared to be a suitable space for my business, being surrounded by other office suites. However, just weeks after moving in, the company leased the neighboring unit to a fully operational martial arts gym. While I initially welcomed the prospect of having a neighbor, I was devastated to learn that the business was not aligned with the professional and quiet atmosphere I had envisioned for my studio. These guys are like working with Family. The company isn't like a lot of the new awful management companies that have been taking over Colorado in the last couple of years. They are easy to work with, if you have an issue they work with you if they can. Always polite, courteous and professional. They truely care about people and their lives. Thank You all for being so great.

This company is HORRIBLE. I have never met people more UNWILLING TO HELP.... My husband lost his job, and we have no choice but to move. (After fulfilling our lease) when I got my final bill they charged a ton of money. And I called to make arrangements. I kept my word and made my payments. When my husband got a new job we needed to change the payment date (mind u only have three payments remaining.) Laurie proceeded to TELL me that this was causing her to have to jump through hoops and the office was closing early. How dear i.... I calmly stated that I didn't mean to cause problems I just need to change the date. I ask for the address that I should send payment too and was swiftly told I should have all of that and hung up on. I called back and the office manager told me she couldn't help

I have lived at Applewood Gables for about 13yrs and recently got new onsite managers. I am so pleased with the hard work and the improvements they have made in such a short amount of time! This place is just the kind of place people want to live .Thank you Zeke and Trish for making a difference, and Bonnie for hiring you!

Angie was incredible and made the whole rental process easy. We are looking very forward to renting at the Townhomes. The grounds of the property really sold me extremely well maintained (A+). Highly recommend renting through Angie.
