Sheridan Villa Apartments

There is absolutely no reliable emergency maintenance (I don’t think they have ever picked up the phone) and in the 2 months that I’ve lived here the plumbing has been constantly having issues. Like a leaking kitchen sink that also caused floor and carpet damage. Even when it was fixed the disposal still smells horrible and does not work. Now my bathroom sink is leaking sewage and needs to be fixed and disposed of properly or else my apartment is inhabitable. Minor things I ask to be replaced like the oven nob or bathroom fan moving in are never done at least not since October.

I've lived here for just over a year now. My apartment is nice, I haven't had any issues with neighbors or management. Only real complaint is that there's only one functional drying machine out of six, and they don't seem interested in doing anything about it despite multiple requests to have it fixed. Other than that this is a pretty great place to live in Denver. Yeah the bar is pretty low, but at least we're getting over it here lol.

It’s horrible. Management. Towed my car in a visitors spot and said visitors can’t park there. I have photos and witnesses to prove it was in that specific spot because I was visiting my mother for an hour. They do not help with any problems. If you have a family DO NOT come here. It’s awful service nobody knows what they’re doing. The car towing company number that is provided is the WRONG towing company.
