Sheridan Ridge Townhomes

This was my childhood home. My parents and I lived here for 8 years. My unit had a garage and 4bd 3 baths. Management would come and go. Cars would occasionally get broken into. But other than that this community has a great family dynamic. All the neighborhood kids play outside and build relationships that last forever. Tenants stay for long amounts of time. I wish they would add more amenities like a pool or gym. Still would recommend to anyone that is of low income

This place could be such a step up in life for people if it were structured that way. Due to it being a low income property some of the residents are unsavory ( not all of course just a select few ). Cops are always here. No one is hardly ever in the office and situations don’t seem to be appropriately handled by staff, or in a timely fashion. It’s LOUD, always. Whether it be from vehicles revving at all hours of the night blasting music throughout the week, to people physically fighting each other, screaming - arguing, teenagers being intoxicated publicly doing drugs and drinking whilst looking into vehicles trying to break in and being obnoxiously loud at night running up and down the complex. Update to my previous review, This Place is Lovely although it may be loud at some times, But beside that it is Absolutely wonderful here since the new manager(s)?came because there is events for people each month

They shouldn't get a star. I'm sick of calling about my air conditioner. This place robs you off your money
