Joe Eberline. showed me an amazing 1 BR apartment. He was knowledgeable, pointed the feature benefits, and assisted with the application process to get me approved. He followed up every step of the way! And continues to check in and make sure I have everything I need! I cant thank him enough and the cleaners who cleaned the apartment did such an amazing job all I had to do was bring my stuff in and set up I would like to give a Big Thank you to them as well!

This building is so amazing now with all the hard work put into it. I want to thank my maintenance ace, Andre Campbell, for his solid experience and making a huge difference at our communities! As steady as they come. Thank you, Andre!!!

I’ve had a great experience touring Sheridan Court Apartments for a potential place to live. The units are spacious, modern, and well-lit with natural lighting. Sheridan Court Apartments also includes features like in building washer and dryer facilities, updated kitchen, and updated living space which really enhances daily living. The building is clean and well-maintained, and the common areas are always in good shape. I also really appreciate the amenities — especially the courtyard and parking facilities, which are well-kept and easy to access. I’m a current resident of Sheridan Courts and I’m extremely happy with the building and, in particular, the management who runs it. If I have a request or an issue, Joe or Corey will typically solve it within 1 day. They are incredibly attentive and active. I really appreciate what they do because I’ve had other buildings where issues would linger and linger because the building manager just couldn’t be bothered. Then little issues become big issues and you end up spending way more time than you should be solving it. That isn’t the case here. I’ve had prompt service and communication anytime something has come up. The building is very clean and well maintained. The hallways smell nice, the floors are clean, and the hallways have been painted recently so they look great as well. F
