Doug facilitated my buying my friends home, then helped me sell my home. The long and short of it...Douglas asked me to trust him. Put $15,000.00 dollars into my old home. List my house for a little less, but what I needed. Then he got 4 full price offers the first weekend on the market. Upped the price to what I really wanted and 2 people accepted that price as well. Choose one, then 30 days later, the transaction was done. My new house is wonderful, my old house is wonderful, and all I had to do was trust Doug.
