In these apartments, package theft is a constant and serious problem. Packages of different sizes and values are stolen regularly. Items stolen include clothes, baby food, cosmetics. The most recent incident was the theft of a baby stroller in a large box. Anything delivered by Amazon or the postal service in the evening has a 99% chance of being stolen by morning unless you manage to run and pick it up immediately after delivery. This situation shows blatant disrespect toward residents and complete irresponsibility from the apartment management. Management is aware of the issue but fails to take any effective action. There are no security cameras, no secure package area, and no real solutions.

I live at Shenandoah woods apartments in Plymouth owned by HornigCompanies. I have lived here since 2016. I never report issues and let it go because I personally don’t have the time or energy to put in complaints but I felt this recent issue crossed a line where it’s now a safety issue. I have a child in the house and that is why I felt a need to report. I recently moved to different apartment from a different floor, I got the keys from the property manager Angela, she never did a walk through and never offered an opportunity to schedule one, she never informed me of the state/condition the home she just gave me the keys to, I was never followed up with or anything, nor was I given a move in inspection sheet. Those are all protocols which should be followed under policy and was totally m

The building is falling apart. Leaks everywhere. This week had massive flood on second floor that soaked hallway and stairs. 1 week later it smells like mildew and mold and walls are peeling. Yet nothing has been done about the mess. No carpet cleaning or replacement. The fire alarm system is also faulty and building has been evacuated all hours of the day as it blares for no reason. The building also works with towing company to steal peoples cars. Soon as your tabs expire even it’s by 1 day they will tow your vehicle. I’m sure ownership probably getting some kind of kick back. Snow days they do same thing and tow peoples vehicles. They even tow cars for low air pressure or if moisture is found. Will find any excuse to tow and make quick buck Got picture of someone’s car being towed 10

HORRIBLE!!!! If I could put 0 stars I would. I moved from my luxury apartment of five yrs to come to this dump nothing like what they advertised. I stayed for five months and I feel like a week was long. I went through hell everyday. Management don’t know what they are doing and do not care about residents. The main manager is disrespectful and conniving . She literally will try to find ways to harass you and attempt to evict you all because I tried to have them do their job. The Apartment was not healthy to live in mold and mildew under the sink. Maintenance half ass do their job just there to get paid. It got so bad I had pictures, videos, and emails just in case I would have to sue. But I plotted my exit and was blessed with a house and moved out immediately. Manager even tried to accus

I lived here from January 1st, 2015, and moved out May 30th, 2023 that's 8 years plus. I lived in Apartment 103 and for the entire time I stayed there, had to deal with the kitchen sink overflowing and debris from other people's apartments forcefully coming up in the kitchen sink, Maintenance was called countless times but the fixes were always temporary. The same thing in the bathroom. The water would overflow occasionally, and there were never any permanent fixes to the problems. One time I traveled for work only to get back and find that the water from my bathroom had overflown and made its way to the living room and kitchen and the corridors leading to the bedroom. I found an industrial fan plugged into the wall to dry the carpet. I was never informed by email or text that such a th
