Aggie with a big heart. He has a flaky subcontractor team that does kinda care If they don’t go bankrupt before the job is completed. If you desire your project to go over the timeline because there are months without any progress and potential Keith Shelly clients to come into your home after you have moved your personal items in -or- the subcontractors can tour their guests without any notice.. I think you found your company! Once everyone’s done pointing fingers at each-other the home owner will have plenty of to work to do after the sub-contractors cannot complete their tasks. Our experience was less than desirable. To be continued.

I loved working with the whole Shelly Home Company crew. They are all very professional, honest, creative and so fun! It was a very positive experience! I highly recommend them if you're thinking of building a new home.

Great experience overall. Very thorough bidding, weekly check-ins and finished product is outstanding. The project took a bit longer than anticipated but we gutted a home built in 1927 and did two major additions so we had a few surprises along the way with regards to framing we had to replace that we weren't expecting, etc. Highly recommend SHC especially for new builds or extensive remodels.
