I have lived here for almost 2 years now and this community has the best staff out of anywhere I have ever lived. They are always responsive, taking care of the grounds during the seasons, and provide community events for those who want to know their neighbors. They are also very communicative with residents about what’s going on in the neighborhood. Special shout out to Jodie and Tony for all of their help, patience, and kindness!

Shellbrook is a great place to call home. A+ management and maintenance team. The property is very well maintained and nestled in a wooded area with walking paths and a pond. Deer are often passing through the property; it's a nice little touch that you don't get with most apartment complexes. Great for dog owners - spacious dog park with a tight-knit community. Walking distance to Shelley Lake. Overall highly recommend

Great community where the neighbors actually know one another and look out for each-other. The dog park always has a good crowd and the pool area is great. Also easy access to Shelly Lake and the Greenway

Ben the maintenance man fixed my air-conditioned unit. When the unit wasn't working he put an air-conditioned unit in my my window so I can feel comfortable until he fixes the A/C unit outside. Thank you Ben for going beyond the call of duty. I love living here at Shellbrook Apartments. The staff are kind and very accommodating.
