Being a first time homebuyer was a learning experience for me. My realtor Emily recommended Sheldon Ridge as one of my options for new construction home. I was greeted by Jonathan E. when I walked into the office and provided us multiple options on various home prices. Personally, I was not in a rush to get a house and needed more time to gather additional funds. Jonathan provided me an option to pick a lot size and floor plan to build the house up. The builder is not 100% custom builder, the menu is like a la carte, pick what you want and remove what you don't want. So if you are looking for flexibility on a new home purchase Sheldon Ridge could be a great option, granted do what is best in your own financial interest.
