We had a friend recommend Sheldon when we were considering buying our first home. Sheldon helped me and my mom with a loan with a rental property. Together we have some fairly complicated financials and LOTs of paperwork! But Sheldon and his team were awesome. They were super communicative and helped walk us through expectations and the necessary steps to get the loan done super quickly (the seller had ask for a short escrow in our negotiations). I knew right from the front what to expect with closing costs and Sheldon sent frequent video updates explaining the cost analysis and potential benefits and cons of purchasing point, locking in the interest rate etc. 5/5 for being efficiency, communication and knowledge!
