We made an offer on a home listed by Sheila and we received a verbal acceptance on the offer a day later. Then Sheila proceeded to still have an open house after verbally accepting our offer and received a better offer and tried to get us to pay $20,000 more on the already verbally accepted offer. This is not the right thing to do to people. Horrible business practice, would never look at home she has listed again.
