I honestly love living here. The team at Shaw Real Estate has been so kind and easy to work with, which makes such a difference. Any time I’ve needed something, they’ve handled it with ease and patience & that kind of management is rare. They have left a positive impact on my life & I plan on re-signing my lease because of them. Good management really does matter, and they’ve made this feel like home.

We had an amazing experience with Shaw Real Estate! I called Karen in a complete tizzy because we only had two weeks to find a new place. We found the perfect rental on their website, and after explaining our situation to her, she jumped right into action. She reassured us that she’d communicate with the property owner and see what could be worked out. Karen even met us midday to show the home, and from that point on she absolutely worked a miracle. We were approved in about 24 hours from our very first phone call! She was compassionate, professional, and genuinely cared about helping our family in a stressful moment. A true 10/10 experience. Highly recommend Shaw Real Estate and especially Karen!

This company is so ick. I’m so glad to not be one of their residents. They install gates and cameras for their residents that don’t even work. They don’t care if your personal property gets stolen because of this problem also. Money hungry property management company that won’t make the investments into their properties or to make their tenants feel safe. Do not rent from this company. The pictures/properties look nice but they are cosmetic bandaids for the trouble you actually deal with. Big yikes.

My husband and I recently relocated to Wilmington. We were waiting for a house to be built, but had sold our previous home up north. We rented a new, beautifully furnished apartment with a 4 month lease from the professionals at Shaw. The apartment was beautifully decorated and provided us with everything we could ever think we needed. I mean EVERYTHING, including a 1000 piece puzzle for those nights when there's nothing else (never happens in Wilmington). The attention to detail was amazing and it was centrally located. The women in the office were so accommodating, we could not have asked for anything more. We both work from home and without the usual office supplies, they were always available to help with whatever we might need. They were always willing and always with a smile.

I am thankful first of all I would like to thank all the ladies at Shaw Realestate, they are very helpful and if you communicate with them in a way that they can help you they will be able to help you. Remember they just work for the owners of the properties, i have lived in my place for 8 years and this is the BEST Realestate company we had I love them . Thanks Guys!!
