I have lived here at shaver park apartments for 2years now with my husband & 2children since we've been here the new owners have been great.They helped our complex when the hurricane happened bringing food to us all & more, they also host community nights where movies food & more are provided to us all.There is a park in the back of the apartments which is great for the kids.If any maintenance issues the matter gets taken care of, the owners are very friendly & have big hearts most apartments don't have that so we are lucky 😊

The most friendly and helpful management! We’re so happy we can call this place home. They are extremely family oriented and it’s a very healthy environment where we can enjoy our family.

My name is Angela I've been here over 2 years 1 St year not so good at all. But now been under New Management the landlord appreciates her tenants she has done a lot she made sure that the whole apartment complexes were good while we didn't have no power she fed us. For Christmas the gave us big can of cookies they were great and yesterday she provided tickets for people to go to the water park I would just like to say that we appreciate her so much and she's doing a great job thanks so much Vanessa

My name is Rachel Fuentes and I have lived under two owners and managers. Our new owners go beyond what they need to do for us! I have lived here going on 6 years and I can basically live where I want as far as apartments go but I will not move. During Beryl they really took care of us and made sure we were fine. They fed us lunch from Pizza to raising Cane's! During the blackout after Beryl A lot of the residents slept with the doors wide open and some even slept in the park in the back so that's how safe they made our apartments we weren't even scared and we live in North Pasadena! Our central AC broke and do you know the very next day we had a whole new unit they are very caring about their residents and absolutely no little creatures!
