Sharon Pointe Apartment Homes

I have lived in this apartment complex for close to 2 years now.... I will start with... i didn't dislike the humans who were running the office/complex prior? But i can say....Sharon Pointe recently went through a change of ownership. The new staff has been amazing. Super freindly and flexible. They have done a ton of work fixing up what was IMO an already pretty sweet spot to live. Highly recommend. IMO? A great place for family's or anyone looking for a quiet safe place to live. Again..no offense to the previous people running it. But definitely have noticed a difference with new ownership. Get in here before its too expensive

Lakita was very helpful and the tour was amazing !! Looking forward to being a future resident. The unit I looked at was very open and spacious very nice layout. I could just see myself in it already

The new management has come in and is doing such an amazing job. I did not want to renew my lease because of how terrible the previous management was but after the new lady has been here, things are actually getting done around here!!! I appreciate you guys and hope to continue to make this my home for the next few years!

Lakota Sweat gave great customer service provides information right away and handle any issues dealing with the apartment efficiently. I was looking for a home and she welcomed me to a home warming community.

EVERYTHING SUCKED. They had more roaches here than Snoop Dogg’s ash tray. Giant hole in the wall behind the water heater with a BUNCH of roach eggs and we had to make a barrier of roach traps around it. Constant kids running and screaming through out the day and night. You can clearly hear every word of your neighbors screaming at each other. Drunk neighbors who love to decorate the parking lot with broken glass. Somehow we had mushrooms growing on our rotted back deck. You have to pay $14 a day for visitor parking. Constant gunshots that just became a norm. We had to put in probably 6 maintenances requests for the ac unit to be fixed. Rats by the dumpster that scared off the stray cats. When consulting about ways to break our lease, we were told to either pay them 2 months rent or they co
