Sharon Oaks Apartments

I have been living here for almost 3 years. Ieaisha is a wonderful person. She really cares about her tenant. If you are looking for a great place I recommend Sharon Oaks 100%, If I could give a 10 star I would. Ieaisha has made this the best experience ever.

Sharon oaks has been my home for going on 5 years now , I have loved it here. Ms. Ietsha has came along and made it so much better for us residents ! She handled everything with compassion and urgency. She is very personable and I appreciate everything she does for us residents here ! Thank you for making home a great place to stay. Sharon oaks has also been a safe place for us , we feel comfortable here in every aspect which is why we hope to remain here a little while longer !

I've been living at Sharon Oaks for 3 years now, and I have to say it's one of the best apartment complex's I have lived at. The leasing office and maintenance staff are very accommodating and understanding to my needs. I had a mold problem due to my water heater suddenly leaking, causing a mold build up, and Ieatsha was very understanding of the situation and had Marcos come out fixed it and cleaned everything up within 2 weeks at no charge. That's the fastest I've had any apartment or landlord respond to a serious situation like that, showing how dependable they are. Additionally, the parking lot and greenery are regularly maintained which is a plus. Highly recommend moving here if you can

I am a retired veteran who has lived here over 2 years. Experience has been really good. Upon move in there were no issues. Everything from the floor, carpet, appliances etc.. was in great condition. Ieatsha Dennis has been exceptional as the property manager. Always knowledgeable of all questions, on time communication and very kind. The maintenance staff is on point with preventative maintenance and informing residents of what will be accomplished as well as the timeframe for start and completion. They also provide fast response to immediate issues regardless of business hours. Great community for fast access to uptown, other great communities while providing enough distance for a personal space and comfortable living.

I have been living at Sharon Oaks since 2019 and have gone through 4 property managers. Ieatsha has been the best thus far. She is welcoming and responsive. These aren’t very many issues but any that I have brought to her attention has been resolved promptly. She has a caring personality and makes me feel like a valued resident.
