I love my apartment complex and plan to sign another lease for the next few years

If you want drugs guns, gunshots and roaches then this is the place for you! I wouldn't recommend it to a homeless person! The property is awful they let anybody move in! The cops won't even come out they're so used to the hot mess it's disgusting! Definitely not for a regular person it's like the hood but you'll pay $1,200 for a one bedroom which is old and never redone just like putting lipstick on a pig! Do not invest in this property it'll never prosper or go up in value because of what they let live here!

I currently reside at Sharon Lakes and have lived here for more than 3+ years. The WORST place I have ever lived tbh, but you can’t beat the rent (Below $900) compared to the surrounding area. As the saying goes, It’s all about Location, Location, Location. The apartment homes are OLD and very run down, BUG INFESTED (especially horrible during the warmer months), and my place specifically is in DIRE NEED of mold remediation, which should be started soon. Also, I was told I’ll get a NEW commode in the bathroom as well. But there’s so much more still that needs to be done just to make the place Habitable. You get what you pay for I suppose.

So I've been living here almost 2 months. What's up with the swimming pool? Whenever I drive past it it still has nasty murky green water in it, the chaise lounge chairs are still stacked as if its the middle of winter.....Is the pool inoperable for the forseable future? Let us know, it is officially summer.

Older townhomes and apartments but you can't beat the price in the area. Heard they were going up on rent as we were leaving because of renovations, the place definitely needs it. Pool is small, always filled with kids, and not the prettiest to look at. The tennis court is usually empty. You can rent through the main office or through a private property management company.
