Kia Parada was SIMPLY AMAZING! Professional. Efficient. Sweet. This moving process could not have happened without her! I had to call Kia multiple times to ask lots of questions; not once was she irritated or seemed bothered. Her kindness just bled through the phone. Thank you so much! You are truly an angel sent by God!

Nice complex. Very responsive when I have an issue. Well maintained and clean. Storage space is my main complaint.

Moved here recently, when I first toured I knew this was the place for me. Super well maintained, quiet and spacious apartment complex. No complaints other than I wish there was a closet in the living room for storage purpose. Other than that I made a great choice choosing Sharon Arms! Kia has also been an amazing lady to work with!!

Tito and Louis are very responsive. Good management of side. The apartment is not very good. The walls seem to have no sound insulation. You can hear and you can hear your neighbors. Problems with hot water during busy periods, don't be surprised to take a shower under cold water after work

Tito and Louis make the place awesome. Any issue I have is promptly taken care and they're always a pleasure to deal with. I can't say enough nice things about how good these guys are. Only thing that would make the place better is a pool!
