We would give Shannon 10 stars. My husband and I worked with Shannon to purchase our second family home and sell our first. We could not have asked for a better experience. 1. BUYING OUR CURRENT HOME: We reached out to Shannon when we had our eye on a fixer-upper in just the right area for us. We unfortunately missed the house at first. She was helpful in sending us a few other options within our price range, but when they just weren't for us, she was very respectful and backed off, letting us know that when we spotted the right one, she could be there to help us again. Months went by, and THE house popped back onto the market after many updates at a price out of our range. Shannon noticed and sent it to us right away, but was very understanding when we said it was no longer in our budget.

We had a fantastic experience working with Shannon and also referred her to multiple family members. She was very patient with our leisurely timeline in buying and incredible with both our buying and selling process combined over the past year. Her insight, network , and experience in the business really paid off for us. She and Aaron personally did a ton of legwork with staging our home and with our handiman friend and it turned out great!
