She was available anytime we had a question and very knowledgeable of the process and the area we were looking in. When we got to negotiations and closing, Christian was indispensable. He helped us locate all the contractors and businesses for updating our home in addition to negotiating for us. We had many questions and Gena and Christian were very quick to answer all of them.
