Shaker Run Apartments

Shaker Run is a great place to live, and I’ve enjoyed my apartment for 20 years! The grounds are kept beautifully, it’s quiet and peaceful, bedrooms are spacious with great closet space, and couldn’t be more conveniently located. Anything you could ever need is just around the corner — shopping, groceries, dining, and everything in between. The maintenance team is excellent and every interaction I’ve had with staff has been top notch. I highly recommend Shaker Run to anyone!

I have lived at the Shaker Run Apts. for over 20 years. The complex is quiet, well maintained and a place where I have always felt comfortable and safe. Any maintenance issues are resolved in a professional and timely manner. The Property Manager, Kathy, and the maintenance staff are top notch. So, if you're looking for a great place to live, I would recommend the Shaker Run Apts.

I've lived here for 15 years, and it has been really good for me. I'm handicapped and the staff are always accommodating to help when the need arises. I highly recommend this place!

When I first began my apartment search, I focused on reviews from tenants and property appearance and location. Shaker run did not disappoint me. Upon meeting with the property manager, I realized this would be a wonderful place to consider. She was accommodating and helpful. The apartment available then and now my home is perfect. I love everything about it. I have no complaints. From maintenance response to my needs to care of the property, I am very pleased. For anyone considering this family-oriented complex just note that you will get money's worth. As in any home, there are rules to observe and I am grateful for them as I like order. This is what makes Shaker Run a wonderful place.

Just an quick update - 10 years now and I'm still very happy to be resident at Shaker Run - see below... I finally got around to writing this review, my bad...I renewed my 1BR lease back in June, but better late than never. I have rented here now going on 8 years and have no complaints and totally recommend. Any maintenance requests I submitted were handled in a timely and professional manner. Kathy Perrone the property manager does a great job communicating any info/news related Shaker Run. There's more than enough parking, friendly neighbors and the best for last - great safe location, minutes to shopping, I87, Albany airport etc...
