Beautiful property, the house has lots of amenities and pretty much all we needed! The kids loved the heated pool and the paddle boards. We will definitely be back!

Unfortunately this business posts edited pictures of their properties and refuses to correct the deficiencies with their listings. Properties are cheaply furnished and not well maintained. Edited: attaching messages with this business. There was no “extortion” but only providing the vendor a reasonable opportunity to address the deficiencies at the vendor’s request. We picked this listing because of amenities that were in fact broken during our stay. Similar places in the same area without the advertised amenities are less than half the price.

We had an ABSOLUTELY Wonderful stay!! The home is just lovely, the Host is terrific. All the attention to detail, the bedding is plush, the bath towels luxurious! The private back yard is so comfortable too. Ideal location! We'll be back. Thank you, Terry O'Donnell

The pictures are gorgeous on the listing, however in reality, the place was rundown. The kitchen cabinets were dirty. There were very few cooking utensils and the ones that were available needed to be replaced. The pizza oven was unusable as it was dirty and had necessary accessories missing As you can see from a few pictures we took the place needs a thorough cleaning. Certainly not worth $3000 for two nights. The owners only concern when we brought up these issues and asked for a partial refund. was getting a five star review. In the end Airbnb offered to reimburse us $200.

Shaka Stays is by far the best vacation rental management company I’ve worked with. They’ve been managing my waterfront home for 2 years now and I’ve made more money than my first two years combined. They are true locals and professionals. They are always so fast to respond and pay attention to all the small details that my guests care about. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new management company for your vacation rental!
