I had a very negative experience and lost a significant amount of money in Mohammad Shahid’s last project. I strongly encourage others to proceed with caution and fully research before investing.

I have rented from Shahid Properties for over three years and Kim has been a wonderful person to deal with. Any repairs that I have needed have always been properly handled, even on the weekends. She has always worked with me when I have had special circumstances. She has honestly been one of the best property managers that I've ever had.

I’ve never had a better renting experience than I did with Kim, Owner of Shahid Properties. She has been gracious and attentive with all maintenance requests, almost always having maintenance there the very next day! Shahid Properties also replaced smoke and CO2 detectors when it is time, unprompted by the tenant. That's a first for me as a renter! I've had plenty landlords in the past, but none that show the level of care that Shahid Properties has.

I highly recommend renting from Kim with Shahid Properties. She was professional, flexible and fair in every situation and willing to work with us if there was ever a problem. She was also very responsive to any maintenance issues and scheduled someone to come out as soon as possible. She was so easy to work with, and I would refer her to anyone who is looking to rent.
