This summer, I visited a friend who is a current tenant of these apartments. After hearing horror stories about the property manager and seeing firsthand the shape that these apartments are in, I can honestly say that I feared for the well-being of my friend. There was a gas leak that they failed to inform their tenants of and the tap water tasted like MOLD. This is only the beginning of a long list of blatant disregard for the safety and health of their tenants. Do not sign a lease here!
Property manager is rude,inconsiderate,strict,non compassionate, and the list goes on. Neighbors are nosey at all times, you get mean looks if your not of white complexion. Basically don’t live here unless it’s absolutely all you can afford, even then still wouldn’t do it!
Nick the maintenance guy is PHENOMENAL!! the englewood PD, less than. :(
