Shadowtree Apartments

my brother has lived at Shadowtree for 5 years & 7 months now & he loves it & i agree. my brother is disabled & lives alone but he feels safe & comfortable in his surroundings. i never worry about him living there. Justin, the property manager, is a very nice guy. Leo, who is the groundskeeper/landscaper, has 10 green thumbs. i always admire his skills and all he does to keep the property beautiful. my friend lives in a complex on sunrise & swan and they DO NOT keep up the property to look nice. sometimes, it's not always location. KUDOS to Shadowtree & it's employees. they are all nice to deal with. i recommend this property to anyone i know & to those who would like to be proud of where they live. thank you for actually caring for all your tenants. :)

I have lived here almost 2 years now and it’s been okay for the most part. But the walls are PAPER thin and you can’t sleep in on a Friday to save your life. No matter how heavy of a sleeper you are, the loudest leaf blower you’ve ever heard will be right outside no later than 7:30 and definitely wake u up, and not only wake you up but put you on the inside of a jet engine in your own room. A couple other things are not great, like the bugs despite how it’s always clean in here, but I guess that’s living on the bottom floor. I would recommend looking elsewhere, we won’t be renewing again

I lived at Shadow Tree for a single year. I had to move because of professional life and a move, opposed to any reason related to ST itself. At this point in life, I have lived in 16 cities! It's crazy to add that number up. 16 cities means many different apartments, in many unique places, with many kinds of people. Out of all the places I've lived, Shadow Tree has been my favourite because of how management works, amenities, the beauty of the location and grounds, the cleanliness of the apartment structure, the pools, the team who maintains the grounds, the parking, and the people. The people who run the place -- Sully and Lori -- showed me nothing but kindness, consideration, and respect. They let me come with various concerns to them, and they were 100% willing to listen and find res

Going into my second year here and I still love it. Lovely grounds with the oldest, tallest palm trees, and seriously kind and responsive staff. The units are a little older, but clean with a great layout, and affordable.

Have lived here a couple of months so far now. Nice gated community, even the outdated apartments are nice, but beware: the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything and anything your neighbors do and vice versa. I can hear my nextdoor neighbor snore at night, and I hear the upstairs neighbors do the deed every once in a while. I know that's a drawback for apartments in general, but I feel like I've never had such an issue with that in other complexes. Nothing is private. They also have a number you can text for questions and concerns. I had texted the number when I was settling in with a question and did not receive an answer to until three days later. But when I needed to pay my pet deposit, they were blowing up my phone and suddenly were able to respond quickly. Everything else is
