Shadowridge Woodbend

I absolutely love this community! It's clean, peaceful, quiet, and safe, and well maintained. The buildings and grounds are beautiful, with established tees, shrubs, and flowers. Whenever I put in a work order, they come and do the repair the next day. The neighbors are really friendly. They do a really good job of screening the tenants. It's close to shopping, and the gorgeous Buena Vista Park. I decided to finally write a review after all these years.

After looking at 20 apartments a day, Shadowridge Woodbend was the only complex that had everything I was looking for, and felt like home. The grounds are beautiful, and well maintained. Management and maintenance staff have been wonderful. They have taken care of every request usually the same day. They have made me feel very welcome!

I recently moved out of state and have no need to lie about this review. The front office and maintenance staff are the best I have dealt with in the 25 years I have lived in San Diego. This staff has been here for a while and is doing it right. I never had an issue with parking and fixes in the apartment are done fast. I will truly miss the friendly staff and some of the neighbors I have made friends with.

We absolutely love living here! Sylvia is so helpful and my kids love stopping by the office. The leasing team is so sweet and the maintenance guys are on top of everything and super responsive! It’s a great place to live! ❤️

I have lived at Shadowridge Woodbend for about 7 years now and I have enjoyed every moment. The staff is always friendly and the maintenance team is always fast in resolving any issues I have. Sylvia and Annie have always been a pleasure to talk to. They always deliver top tier customer service!!! If you are planning on moving, I definitely recommend making this your next choice!!!
